I ran into a small issue getting my Accessport set up and reached out to tech support. compared to a lot of support teams I’ve dealt with, they were really easy to work with. Replies were clear, they got me sorted quickly, and they never made me feel dumb for asking questions. Definitely appreciated that.

I’ve used COBB stuff and it works fine, the website was easy to get around too. My only real issue is the price feels a bit high for what you’re actually getting, and shipping wasn’t exactly cheap either. The quality isn’t bad at all, I’m just not totally convinced the value is there unless you’re really set on using their setup...

The return process went through without any issues, which I appreciated. The part that bothered me was how long it took to get replies about the warranty. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but if a company offers warranty support, they really need to be more accountable and respond in a reasonable amount of time.

After the tune, my car feels quicker, pulls harder, and the throttle response is Way better. It just feels more alive now, especially when getting on it. Happy with how it turned out.

I ordered from cobbtuning and the parts themselves seem solid, so no complaints there. The issue for me was the install instructions. I was expecting clearer directions, especially for the price. A few steps felt like they were glossed over, and some of the pictures were hard to make out. I ended up stopping a bunch of times to search forums just to figure out things that should’ve been explained better. Overall, not a terrible experience, but the install took way longer than it needed to because of the instructions.

I was looking for a few parts for my WRX and it was easy to find what I needed. The site showed what would fit my year, which made things way less annoying, and when everything showed up it all matched like it was supposed to. No real problems there. I do kind of wish some of the compatibility notes were a little clearer, because I had to double-check a couple things and second-guess myself for a minute, but in the end it worked out fine. Overall, good experience and I’d definitely use the site again.

I updated my Accessport firmware through cobbtuning.com and, as far as I can tell, everything went smoothly. It only took a few minutes and I didn’t run into any weird errors or anything. Overall, I’m happy with how it went.

My order did show up when it was supposed to, which I appreciated, but the box looked rough when it got here, like it had been tossed around a bit, and one of the corners was actually crushed, so I was a little worried opening it up, though thankfully the parts inside seemed to be fine, but for what I paid I expected the packing to be a bit more secure, so overall it wasn’t a disaster or anything, just kind of disappointing.

I was disappointed when I realized there weren’t many maps available for my car after buying it. I expected more options right away, but instead I’m basically stuck being patient and waiting for updates or additions that may or may not come. Kind of frustrating, honestly.

I’ll give it credit, the tune definitely added power. But I kind of assumed that if it made the car stronger, the drivability would still stay dialed in, and that hasn’t really been the case for me. Around town, especially at low speeds, the throttle feels jerky and a little annoying. Maybe this is just how these tunes tend to behave, but for the money, I was expecting it to feel smoother day to day

I got the COBB tune thinking it would be a solid little upgrade, and honestly... it does make the car feel way more fun to drive!! Throttle feels better, it pulls nicer, all that good stuff. But!!! My fuel economy dropped more than I expected, even when I’m driving normal and not constantly getting on it. I reached out to support and they weren’t rude or anything... just basically said it depends on how you drive, which, yeah, fair, but not super helpful. Overall it’s fun, but for a daily driver I’m kinda disappointed with the MPG loss...

I found an authorized tuner through COBB’s site and, that made the whole process way less stressful. Like, I didn’t have to sit there guessing who was legit or who actually knew the Accessport setup. The shop was cool, answered all my random questions, even the ones I felt kind of dumb asking, and the tune came out really clean. Car feels better now, and yeah, it was just nice not having to overthink who to trust.

I mainly use my Cobb Accessport for datalogging, it’s been solid. Grabbing pulls and sending them over to my tuner is easy enough, and it saves everything nice and clean, which is always a plus. Some of the monitors were a little confusing at first, because apparently I was supposed to magically know what half of them meant, but after some Googling and figuring out what to log, it’s been smooth. Would’ve been 5 stars if the menus were a bit more straightforward, but I guess a tiny learning curve keeps life exciting.

I’m not totally sure what I was expecting, but the parts just felt a bit cheap to me. Maybe I was hoping for something sturdier, but it didn’t really feel like the quality I had in mind.
